Relationship Management Training At Üçge

Üçge made a good start at in-company training courses by year 2015. To improve the employees’ communication skills “relationship management training” was organised by Esra İlgün who is the recruitment and employee development specialist.

İlgün says: we aimed to improve our in-company communication in an environment of trust due to this training. Contents of this 13 phases training were; the basic rules of communication, understanding, listening, expressing, asking right questions and demanding in the correct way, giving feedback and the mistakes in communication. By roleplaying games, we maintained our knowledge about how to use more effective nonverbal communication.
